I worked as a single point of contact for mortgagors pursuing foreclosure alternatives who had retained a third party to help them through the process. I primarily dealt with attorneys and paralegals, and was required to have a thorough knowledge about all loss mitigation options available for our customers in order to help prevent them from being foreclosed upon. I had to navigate through multiple systems of record while still responding promptly and accurately to calls and emails and was consistently one of the top performers in my department. I was recognized several times for superior knowledge, productivity, and helping alleviate nearly all escalations from a particular litigious law firm.

Orlando, Florida Area

As Head Coach, I scheduled all games, arranged all pool rental and vehicle transportation for the water polo team, ran the practices for both the men’s and women’s teams, ensured all home games were properly staffed for officiating and refereeing, and helped the athletes set and achieve both individual and team goals. In my first year of coaching, I led the women’s team to not only their first ever win, but also qualifying for the district tournament alongside the men’s team.

As the aquatics coordinator, I hired, trained, and supervised all aquatics personnel; created, budgeted, marketed and promoted all aquatics programming; created, managed, and monitored the aquatics budget; and managed program registration and placement. I also maintained all pool and safety related equipment, and ensured the pool was a safe, clean, and inviting area. I was the primary contact for managing all member relations dealing with aquatics—in person, over the phone, and via email. As head swim coach, I created lesson plans for the season, wrote and ran workouts, planned competition schedules, ran all hosted swim meets, and developed the program from 16 swimmers to over 60. As a swimming instructor, I wrote lesson plans and taught classes targeted at learning aquatic fundamentals from swimming and diving to water polo and synchronized swimming.

Auburn, Wa

As a swim coach, I developed a beginner swim program of 12 youth into a program of 45 youth from beginners to athletes competing on a multi-state level. I also supervised my swimmers at competitions and planned the events for each swimmer. I created comprehensive season plans, with training tailored to fit each objective. As a lead lifeguard, I trained and mentored new hires, performed and assessed audits, and maintained quality and professionalism on the pool deck. In addition, I also taught swimming lessons for children ages 3 and up, in both class and private one-on-one settings.
