I am working as IT Administrator for 4 years and I am responsible for IT infrastructure of my company. I Perform day-to-day maintenance, monitoring and updating of company's infrastructure and provide complete support to employees using Microsoft Azure Infrastructure, Manage devices using Microsoft Intune, Manage windows using Autopilot, and execute MFA in order to enhance security, Maintain servers on Vmware platform, manage MS 365 using powershell scripting. In my previous company I also provided support on creating and maintaining DNS Server to Client company. I used SCCM, and MSI package manager in order to install and update software, i-doit and OCS for inventory, VMware for server client platform , Zabbix for monitoring, Active directory for user management and GPOs, Microsoft Exchange etc. I have done various certification courses such as SCCM, Active Directory, Networking administration. I have Master in business Administration and a bachelor in Engineering degree. I have done German course till B2 level. Before moving to Germany I worked as Assistant Professor for six years.
