Many of these have incorporated and reached milestones due to the help they received, such as funding, integration of CERN technology, incubation, etc.- Developed the first version of the 5-week long CERN Entrepreneurship Student Programme in 2018 from early concept to successful implementation, and secured funding for a further developed version in 2019. Got 100 applications for 15 spots in 2019.- Responsible for the 10th CERN-NTNU Screening Week, a week-long programme where students do market assessment on CERN tech. - Organised over 20 meet-ups for the Entrepreneurship community at CERN, where experts have been invited to share their knowledge about subjects related to entrepreneurship. In 2018, 24 people averagely participated to a meet up.- Organised the first SICTIC Investor Day at CERN, where 8 startups pitched to experienced angel investors. Two of these were startups using CERN tech.- On the organising team for the first MedTech:Hack at CERN in 2018. - Built relations in the local entrepreneurship ecosystem, making sure CERN startups can benefit from offerings and creating awareness of how we work with entrepreneurship at CERN.- Worked closely with other groups at CERN, such as CERN IdeaSquare for entrepreneurship related programmes and CERN & Society for fundraising to the CERN Entrepreneurship Student Programme.- Supervisor of two full-time students in entrepreneurship since February 2019, expanding the entrepreneurship team from one to three. -

Project Coordinator - ClimathonNorwegian University Of Science And Technology (Ntnu) Aug 2016 - Oct 2016Trondheim Area, NorwayClimathon brings together the challenges of the world’s cities with the people who have the passion and ability to solve them; all within 24 hours. Climathon Trondheim 2016 was a cooperation between Trondheim Municipality, NTNU and Technoport. Through the Climathon movement, we engaged students, scientists, entrepreneurs and citizens from different backgrounds to co-design innovative and future-oriented solutions and business cases for reduction of CO2-emissions from traffic in Trondheim. We had about 40 people joining the challenge, spread over 7 groups working on different solutions. 13 nationalities were represented, and the winning team "Toll trolls" consisted of 4 different nationalities. The challenge was highly successful!I worked as coordinator of the challenge, representing NTNU. I had responsibility for recruitment and marketing, in addition to communication. -
Coordinator ClimatelauchpadNorwegian University Of Science And Technology (Ntnu) Mar 2016 - Oct 2016Trondheim Area, NorwayClimateLaunchpad is the worlds largest cleantech business idea competition. It is arranged by the EU funded organization Climate-KIC, and 30 countries participate across Europe. In Norway the competition is hosted by NTNU. 12 finalists are selected to join an intensive business boot camp and get mentoring before the national final June 15th. The three winners Salcape, Waveco and Podbike got tickets to the international final in Tallinn 7.-8. October 2016. Salcape and Waveco got to the semifinals, and Salcape won the category 'Carbon Negative'.I worked as coordinator of the competition in Norway - Communicating with the finalists and making sure everything happens smoothly. -
Journey Manager - Norway - Climate-KicNorwegian University Of Science And Technology (Ntnu) Mar 2016 - Aug 2016Trondheim Area, NorwayClimate-KIC’s The Journey is the world’s largest climate innovation summer school. It brings together students and young professionals from all over the world. Over the course of 10 weeks, students take part in five-week long courses offering a unique combination of academic study and real-world business experience with the aim of creating the climate change leaders of tomorrow. Within these five weeks, the students visit three different European locations and team up to create compelling cleantech business plans offering solutions to real-world climate related issues.As Journey Manager for Norway I was overall responsible for the two weeks in Trondheim during one of the journeys. It was the first time The Journey has been hosted in Norway. Thus, the position included developing and planning the whole program both academically, socially and practically - in addition to carrying out the project and being responsible for the 40 students during their stay. -

They do so with the help of data, APIs, financial technology and great product design. Kickpay's product is a marketplace for invoices, where businesses sell their account receivables to accredited investors for a small fee.I worked at the Y'Combinator-backed start-up Kickpay as a business development intern. In addition to being able to take part in strategy discussions, I had responsibility for building up sales processes: Getting new leads into the funnel, managing the pipeline of potential customers, and building up sales campaigns to reach out to them. As well I kept track of customer payments and new invoices coming in. -

Project Manager "Lederjakten 2013"Start Uit Apr 2013 - Apr 2014Tromsø"Lederjakten 2013" is an annual competition with the purpose to reveal great leadership talents at the University of Tromsø. The competition is arranged by the student organization Start UiT, and conducted in cooperation with several well-known companies in Tromsø. Forty participants are being evaluated by these companies while solving different cases - both practical and theoretical, group wise and individual and written and oral. The final decision is taken at the evening over good food, entertainment and drinks. The four best participants of the day are supposed to answer challenging questions, formulated by a known leadership talent, concerning leadership. Finally, one of these will be honored with the title "The greatest leadership talent at the University of Tromsø. "Lederjakten 2013" was a great success, and the winner of the competition was Christian Haakstad Nordlund. The participating companies were DNB, Manpower, Remiks and Norinnova, in addition to the Lab of Design thinking and Start UiT.As project leader I had the overall responsibility for Lederjakten 2013 - which I developed, planned and carried out together with the project group. -
