Ranvir was a PhD Candidate at Department of Innovation and Economic Organisation. He embarked on his PhD in 2009 and researched on service innovation in healthcare and education contexts. His research drew on practice theory and service-dominant logic and he employed qualitative methods in his work. The research contributed to the literature of technology-based service adoption and disruptive innovation theory. As part of his PhD he was a visiting scholar at U. C. Berkeley. He has also been course responsible and lecturer in innovation and entrepreneurship topics for master students at BI.
