My professional journey began in New York City as a music student trying to pay my way through grad school by developing presentation software for Investment Banks. This evolved into an amazing opportunity at UBS where I was given the opportunity to lead a variety of IT projects with some truly amazing people. I had discovered my calling. In the years that followed, I have lead change efforts for a number of large companies, and have been privileged to work alongside so many talented, inspiring professionals.Specific areas of professional interest and accomplishment include:✦ Project Methodology, especially agile at scale✦ Program governance and complicated stakeholder management situations✦ Infrastructure strategy/cloud migration✦ Business process outsourcing and Vendor Management✦ High-performing teamsAt the moment, I am looking for my next technical Program Manager (or Release Train Engineer) role.
