In the Pre-Sales department, I was part of the ITO TK “Inquiry to order” Deal Structure team. The team is in charge of managing portfolio of qualified international partners for the construction of Turnkey Electric Power Plants on the 5 continents, in a Consortium collaboration schemeThis service participates in the commercial strategy and it is involved in choosing the offer structure, the objective price and the best partner to win the business and minimizing the risks during construction.In addition, the service is responsible of maintaining the file of these qualified Manufacturers Partners for Turnkey cooperation in the Consortium, and to qualify new ones if necessary. Supported by the experts services, it includes the assessment of their financial health, their integrity in business management and their technical ability to execute international projects.Missions within the team:➢ Searching for the data and update partner CVs with key informations and capabilities (Financial, Technical, Legal...), for evaluation to carry out projects in Consortium,➢ Assist the development of the portfolio of EPC Partners for Consortium offers, on 5 continents, especially Europe and Africa for the realization of Power Plants,➢ Formalize and register the procedures with the Quality Department, qualification and selection of Partners for projects in the Consortium,➢ In charge of useful follow-ups to the ITO TK Deal Structure team, such as the progress report of the qualifications in progress,➢ Support sales teams to detect and select the right EPC partner, ➢Support Partnering Deal Deal Structuring in power plant projects, with a partner to enter into a consortium with, in order to win the project... ➢ Responsible of follow-ups the qualification partners based on several criteria➢ Qualifying new partner to make them able for the realization of power plants➢ Assist the ITO TK Deal Structure leader
