 Preparation of Inspection test plans and the Method statement documents to perform safe execution and quality checks for the executed work at site. Attending quality related meetings with all stake holders for the on time and quality oriented delivery of project. Follow up with the construction team on daily basis toward on-going and planned activities for smooth flow of project Implementing approved inspection plans for conducting field inspections for first fix, Second fix and 3rd fix installations. Analyzing rejections, and proposing their corrective & necessary actions. Issuing quality reports, SORs & INCR if non-compliance witnessed. Follow up for external NCRs, ensuring compliance of corrective and preventive actions for closure. Conduct all stage-wise Inspection as per approved ITPs with vendor (if req) & consultant representative. Assisiting procurement and technical department for prequalifications and material submissions . Reviewing third-party procedures and CVs prior consultant review and approval. Reviewing documents and leading the surveillance Audit from third-party. Supervising QC Inspectors for conducting Testing and Commissioning Inspections including FAT and SAT which includes but not limited tor MV switch-gears,Transformer,LV panels.

Assists the Tender Department in preparation of the prerequisite document submittals such as Quality Manuals, QMS (Quality Management System) procedures, Method Statement, Inspection Test Plan. Maintain the QMS for company’s portfolio such as the ISO 13485 and assists the safety Department in maintaining the ISO 14001, ISO45001 and alike that includes internal/external audits and analyzing information to be presented on management review. Assists in the technical & material submittal and its monitoring. Assist Project Management Team in the preparation of technical documents and technical reports such as Method Statements, Project Quality Plan and Inspection & Testing Plan to be submitted to the client as per request and follow through accordingly. Reports the results of internal audits, corrective and preventive actions and the overall effectiveness of the quality system to the General Management. Validating the safe and quality execution of site works and later conducting Welding Inspections (NDT), Civil Works Inspection (Setting Out, Soil Tests, Concrete Testing), Electrical (Megger Testing, Fluke testing, SAT, FAT), and Mechanical & Plumbing Works (Mirror test, Gravity Test, Chemical test, Pressure leak test, Functionality test) to verify the stability and compliance with the set standards. Responsible for carrying Internal Audits ISO-9001, ISO-13485 twice a year. Reviewing documents and leading the surveillance Audit from third-party. Responsible for registering and obtaining the compliance certificate from authorized bodies DCL (Dubai Central Laboratory), DCD (Dubai Civil Defense) and Municipality for new Products.

Review of Tender Documents (Drawings & BOQ) before submittal. Review of awarded contract document and coordinating each concerned department for Technical submissions. Co-coordinating design department to review of layout plans, Construction Drawings, Shop Drawings & Technical documents for submission to obtain approvals. Leading weekly progress meetings with consultant and client for tracking project progress. Follow through for the technical documentation submission and their approvals. Co-coordinating with QHSE department to provide technical documents including PQP, WMS, ITP, HSE plan, RA and Material Submittals to take approval. Co-coordinating with planning department and procurement to plan and deliver the MEP material quantity as per base line program to value completed works and overseeing payments. Monitor & Supervise all Site Engineers/Foreman and ensure smooth flow of project. Coordinating with other Disciplines (Civil and Joinery) to avoid conflict of work. Co-coordinating site QC Inspectors and ensuring to raise the Material and work inspection at site with consultant. Attending Site Inspections along with QC representatives. Check Daily/Weekly reports & worker’s attendance report submitted by Site Engineers. Attending Progress & Technical meetings with Client & Higher Management. Writing clear and precise Letters, Email & Reports. Preparing claims for MEP variations, abortive works, additional works & extension of time. Submitting Project Closeout Documents, Warranty certificates & Red-Line Markup Drawings for client approval and handing over of project.

Monitor & Supervise all Supervisors/Foreman and ensure smooth flow of project & progress of works. Coordination with design and procurement department to review and validate that the BOQs are reflecting drawings. Review & Modify shop drawings as per site conditions & Client’s instructions. Take off quantities for ELV system (Fire Alarm, PAVA, Smoke Management Material). Advise on a material procurement strategy and delivery schedule. Validating Daily/Weekly report & worker’s attendance report submitted by Site Supervisor/Foreman. Looking after daily execution plan to finish the project in time. Arranging resources, materials and permits for the site team. Attending Progress & Technical meetings.
