Lead Software Engineer
CurrentExperienced Lead Java Developer, having extensive working experience in Java, Spring, Hibernate, JPA, NoSQL (MongoDB), Jenkins, GIT, Maven, AWS Services & Android applications. Roles & Responsibilities:• Working as a Project Lead/Senior Developer, leading cross-platform development projects and managing teams across web and mobile environments.• Good Working knowledge of AWS services like EC2, ECS, S3, Cloudwatch, CodePipeline, Autoscaling, IAM, Postgres, ECR, SQS.• Good Knowledge of Java Web scraping frameworks (Jsoup, HtmlUnit, Selenium)• Good Knowledge of PDF libraries (Apache PDF Box, iText).• Experience with good design skills – identifying & applying right design patterns & frameworks.• Managing and owning team’s code quality in terms of using right practices, & code coverage.• Managing teams’ deliveries – unblocking team members, coordinating dependencies, guiding technical approaches for a problem.• Development skills considering quality, extensibility, reusability, performance, reliability & security.• Excellent debugging & analysis skills, identifying fixes for issues by business teams in production.• Co-operation with other development team members (i.e. Project manager, Web programmers, graphic designers, and authors, quality assurance) in the production of a finished product.• Continuously discover & implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.• Supporting delivered projects during warranty period.• Requirement & analysis either for new business requirements or for modifying existing app.• Managing code quality in terms of code practices and design.
