Continuing to innovate and build domain specifc, human-in-the-loop and agentic copilot capabilities forMicrosoft sellers

- "Copilot for Microsoft Sellers" (Aug'23 to date) : Built more than 20 custom plugins and curated a custom orchestration flow for "Microsoft Copilot for Sales" specifically targeting 50K+ Microsoft sellers and aligning with Microsoft's internal sales ethos. Served as the initial customer for the Dynamics 365 for Sales team and the Microsoft Copilot Studio team, contributing to the creation of a scalable and adaptable copilot solution that would now be sold publicly to outside customers.- "Customer Contact Management" (Aug'22 to Aug'23) : Specialized in high-volume system management by developing solutions to optimize the lifecycle management of 100M customer contacts for Microsoft sellers within the Microsoft Sales Experience (MSX). The system was able to successfully handle more than 500K transactions per day as I continued to focus on fundamentals that improved data consistency, reliability and performance of the system by 2X. Built targeted rule-based contact recommendations at key sales stages in Dynamics 365 such as finding the right buying team for a specific opportunity, enhancing seller efficiency.- "Help & Support Platform" (Sep'21 to Aug'22) : Reimagined supportability experiences for Microsoft sellers by building intelligent and context-aware self-help capabilities for Microsoft Sales Experience (MSX). This led to a 30% deflection rate in support ticket creation as sellers were able finding meaningful help and troubleshooting without needing to reach out to an agent. And in those rare cases which reached an agent, the system provided rich context to the agent to address the issues faster leading to a 10% increased throughput of the support team.

Delivered a migration solution for a web API, moving it from a .NET Framework & Service Fabric environment to a .NET Core & Azure Kubernetes Service environment.
