My Journey of Growth and Empowerment:From humble beginnings to entrepreneurial challenges and ultimately finding my true calling, my career has been a transformative experience. After graduating, I focused on honing my communication skills and joined a BPO. It was there that I discovered my talent for convincing people and handling tough clients. Realizing the importance of managing and developing people, I pursued a Master's degree in Marketing and ventured into the world of Online Marketing in 2008. With a sales-oriented mindset, I worked with various stakeholders, learning invaluable lessons along the way.Over the course of five years, I became a well-rounded professional, handling larger teams and enterprise clients. Despite the challenges that came my way, I found myself fully engaged and dedicated, often working 16-hour days. The hard work paid off, and I took pride in being known as a "beast" among my colleagues.However, the most challenging phase of my life came when I embarked on my entrepreneurial journey in 2013 with the support of an investor. Unfortunately, due to personal circumstances, the investor had to withdraw support after just four months. Despite the setback, I persevered, leading a team of around 40 individuals and operating on a bootstrap mode. I worked tirelessly, putting in 20-hour days and earning no income for myself. I took on additional tasks to make ends meet and struggled to establish a foothold in the industry. Eventually, I made the difficult decision to sell my firm.In 2016, I embarked on a fresh start as a sales specialist, and everything began to fall into place. Drawing from my past experiences, I found it effortless to close deals and provide clients with sales, lead generation, branding, grievance management, and automation solutions. Along the way, I realized the significance of processes in driving business success. I excelled in deploying effective processes within large teams, focusing on delivery excellence and client satisfaction. Though the journey was not without its challenges, my passion and determination never wavered.I find immense fulfilment in giving back and empowering professionals.
