These years have been challenging and rewarding with stints across roles of operations manager, HRBP regional lead , HR programs , Diversity & Inclusion, TA lead and HR automation PM. My career path so far has provided me with ample opportunities to work across India and APAC ,use learning from business school and utilize the diversity of the teams to improve performance . Working with leaders for high impact APAC level projects has helped me bring to fruition several well appreciated best practices and projects. My passion has always been and will remain to be to work with individuals & teams to realize their goals, by capitalizing on their superpowers and leveraging the growth areas .
