In the last two years, I have been focusing on optimizing our internal processes to address the changing needs of customers and candidates. In what I consider the most exciting times- given the transformation in what careers mean to people, it is imperative for us to deliver value suited to the context. This calls for continuous improvement in our processes, systems and more importantly behaviors in line with customer expectations.This changing landscape challenges the relevance of every business practice for sustainability. Keeping pace with new trends, understanding their business implications and changes required in the cultural context, influencing the ecosystem to adapt are critical focus areas. Leading such initiatives through projects and programs forms a large part of my experience in my current role.
