With a deep-rooted passion for cybersecurity and a proven track record of leadership, I lead the Digital Forensics and Incident Response (DFIR) division at EG-CERT, where I orchestrate tailored incident response efforts for diverse stakeholders, including critical infrastructure, governmental entities, Law Enforcement, and Judicial bodies. I contribute insights and perspectives from various teams and departments within EG-CERT to a committee dedicated to Egypt's national cybersecurity strategy, collaborating to create strategic initiatives that bolster cyber resilience and safeguard critical assets. My commitment extends to shaping vital legislation concerning cybercrime and cyber attacks, which plays a pivotal role in enhancing the legal framework for cybersecurity. Leveraging strong Risk Assessment skills, I evaluate incident impacts and design targeted mitigation strategies, aligning with Egypt's objectives for cybersecurity preparedness. Through creating challenging scenarios for Cyberdrills and Capture The Flag (CTF) competitions, teaching incident handling techniques, and fostering a culture of continuous learning, I actively contribute to the growth of the cybersecurity community.
