I am an experienced IT professional and manager. Currently I am responsible for the overall succes of the Microsoft business within PQR. I manage the relationship with Microsoft, create plans for the Fiscal Year and make sure these are executed by developing propositions. I work with our marketing department to create campaigns for these proposition and make sure our sales are ready and educated to sell them. The latest proposition I worked on was our Copilot for Microsoft 365 proposition for which we developed a set of propositions (Readiness check, Copilot Owrkshop, Quickstart dataclassification with Purview and an Adoption Service for Copilot for Microsoft 365). Before this role at PQR I was a Unit manager and manage over 45 engineers and consultants. I lead by example and with empathy. I am convinced that happy people deliver better work. Besides my responsibilty for the revenue goals of my team, I was responcible for the personal development of each individual in my team. I cooperated with sales, marketing, pre-sales, finance and our external partners (Microsoft, Citrix, Ivanti) to not just achieve my goals and my teams goals, but also help them achieve their goals. I've been in Services organizations since 1998 and have a very good understanding of Consulting, Managed Services and Services Sales business. The first 2 years at PQR I contributed with the transformation from a merely hardware focussed business to a (managed) services busines, which is now at least 50% of our NET result.
