My research focuses on asset pricing, including return predictability in realistic environments with large information sets and substantial model uncertainty/instability. I’m especially interested in information processing in financial markets and the links between return predictability and the macroeconomy. I’ve published extensively in leading journals, including the Journal of Finance, Journal of Financial Economics, Review of Financial Studies, Management Science, Review of Finance, International Journal of Forecasting, Journal of Applied Econometrics, Journal of International Economics, Journal of International Money and Finance, and Journal of Money, Credit, and Banking.
