I am a talent shepherd, a business development leader, an equity-centered career coach for leaders, a book publisher for first-time authors of color, a public speaker, a best-selling author, and a podcaster.Born in Brooklyn and raised in Queens, I have seen the power of leveraging the people who care about me personally and professionally.
