Operations & Technology Management Associate (O&T MA) Program is a developmental program to groom high potential junior talent into leadership pipeline for Operations & Technology in Citibank. The program consists of 2-year rotation across consumer banking and corporate banking.

• Conduct researches mainly on sustainability in business: sustainability in banking industry, social impact assessment and social return on investment, ecosystem services valuation for business.• Engage multi-stakeholders include government, civil society organizations, research institute and public sector to collaborate in research project.• Manage qualitative and quantitative field works, analyze data and summarize into the reports. • Responsible for media management, online contents, events, publications and customer relationship management.
