I am a Supply Chain Management professional with over 25 years of experience in Demand and Inventory Management, Management Consulting, and Systems Implementation. My focus is creating demand planning solutions that involve consensus forecasting, financial planning, product life cycle management, production capacity planning, and promotion planning, and meeting key performance measures. I have a strong operational forecasting and statistical modeling background, and deep software, systems, and systems integration knowledge. As a planner in the Cannabis industry, I created statistical models for generating a rolling 12-month operation forecast, and reconcile the data with the sales opportunities and market data. I created live dashboards, and provide visibility to all moving parts in demand planning, inventory management, purchasing, and logistics. I served as the liaison between Operations, Sales, Finance, and R&D Teams. As a SCM Consultant, I have over 15 full life-cycle implementations of demand planning and production scheduling software. I have provided business process, data analytics and modeling, and systems implementation and support services for global clients in Consumer Products, Food and Alcohol, Pharmaceuticals, and Entertainment/Gaming industries.
