Cineclube Cortina is my new venture, a place of art & culture at the very center of São Paulo. It is a personal deep dive at the entertainment business, particularly focused on its music-related activities, such as the curatorship and production for live shows and gigs of all sorts.

It seems that everyone is getting out of advertising and moving to something else. Something "more interesting, exciting, truly collaborative". How come we got to this point? I think it's because the industry is becoming less and less interested and passionate about communication and strategy, a.k.a. boring, greedy and lazy.Well, the thing is: I still love it. But I love it so much that I had to take a leap and play it the way I believe it should work. Free from egos, greed, politics and useless hierarchy. And working really together, team-logic. Pretty simple, actually.So, it's been more than a year since we, myself and Rui Piranda, started to build up our own agency. We named it ForALL. Just because we believe communication is made by many for many, in many ways possible. This idea shouldn't be unique to us. Actually, we hope to inspire others to make advertising interesting, fun to work with and relevant, taking the super egos out and putting lots of love and true effort in making things work, using our creative power.Our core belief is that everything is a relationship, the interaction between two parts. People relate to other people, mostly, as much as they relate to other things. Trees, dogs, cats, products, services and brands, for example.So, if you want to have it a go, don't be shy :) Brands like Itaú, Nestlé and Ambev are some of our current dear clients. It can be a one-off project or could be a long time marriage. It all depends on what you need.That's about it :)Cheers for all!

Two intense years and a revamped agency.

The agency was in a turnaround, reaching out for New Business aggressively. We pitch and won 5 new accounts on 2007 - Peugeot, Nextel, Dafra Motorcycles, Bayer Schering Pharma and Cia Muller de Bebidas as a result, accounting for more than R$ 200MM (~ US$ 100MM) in new billings.
