- Monitor and maintain company's network devices(Mikrotik, Baudcom, Huawei U2000)- End-to-end troubleshooting of escalated customer complaints to our group, and dispatch field technicians if needed- Configuration and testing of devices during installations(OLT, ONT, Mikrotik CRS, microwave radio) including VLAN, port and IP allocation(DHCP/Leased line)- Site visit during activity, emergency, and/or restoration (if no available field tech. or level2 support)- Traffic shaping (QOS, Bursting, Committed Information Rate)- LAN and WAN DHCP setup, configure NAT, Port forwarding/firewall filters- Traffic monitoring and setup via MRTG, creating MRTG access to clients for them to monitor their circuit/s- handle customer complaints which are beyond level 0 scope(from customer service)- Coordination with other departments for technical issues, new installation and restoration process- Weekly reports for NOC KPI, count of outage; optical, duplex rate, and radio power reading
