Several Projects in wind industry ,in France, in Netherlands [and in Italy as Site manager ]:- Responsible for all HSE aspects regarding the whole project - Validated of contract specifications and negotiation with subcontractors - Scheduled and followed the balance of plant (cabling, foundation, earthworks)- Specified and adjusted complex planning with management’s team and subcontractors- Scheduled and control the erection phase for all project’s aspect : HSE, resources, quality, cost- Defined and corrected project plan from site establishment until handover to customer- Performed the project in the assigned budget (incl. negotiation, dealing with extra works)- Managed resources : tools, components, manpower- Ensured quality for internal and external’s inspection (ie. punchlist) as well as EC declaration- Led meeting with customers, headquarter and subcontractors - Reporting for customer and management

Construction of several windfarms in France and Italy :- Studying and anaylisis of preliminary design- Managing site construction from site establishment until run tests and/or first maintenance- Controlingall HSE aspect and actions taken- Managing quality control- Coordinating all subcontractors in day-to-day activities- Being the first person in local communication- Reporting to management on daily basis
