As a Customer Enginer for GCP I was the lead customer contact for enterprise financial services firms. I brought deep knowledge of delivery as well customer management skills. Major accomplishments included tripling revenue at one of the regions largest customers. This was accomplished by rapidly rolling out and evaluating GCP native security tools. This enabled much greater visibility and actionable information for the customer.

Work closely with Tanium customers to: • Triage inbound support cases • Solve Tier 1 & 2 cases independently • Identify and rapidly assign tier 3 support cases to Technical Account Managers • Conduct daily health-checks on assigned accounts • Work with Technical Account Managers on strategic customer activities • Contribute to and track activity, after action, root cause and daily status reports • Document best practices and Play Book entries • Work closely with CSMs on improving Tanium operational status within key accounts • Provide technical direction to customer IT support staff

Responsible for threat mitigation, application and network security. have successfully led multi-tenant DR and multiple locale migrations. Successfully consolidated multiple aging platforms onto new virtual appliances for multi-billion dollar insurance conglomerate. Have assisted with application and network hardening for pen tests as well as compliance (HIPPA and PCI) tests.

As a product engineer I was responsible for meeting executive teams at select Fortune 100 enterprises and introducting them to Exchange Active Sync and the Motorola Q. I was responesible for helping the IT departments configure and setup a POC for the devices in their environment.

I was in charge of collaborating with Microsoft's Partners on a variety of activities. Here are some of the activities: sales engagement planning (what Products to show and how to position them), introducing them to new products, engaging them in solution show cases, providing technical guidance with business expansion (which technologies would be most appropriate for them to introduce into their solution offerings).
