Innovative and sustainable solutions for real world problems fascinate me, whether they are in the tech arena or social context. My work experience and education in robotics, smart embedded technologies and team management allow me to lead my team by serving and inspiration, planning solutions and implementing them. I communicate their benefits with the help of effective prototypes and sustain evolution with an entrepreneurial 'angle of attack'. My experience stems from the development of products, projects, teams and processes ranging from concierge robotics, agile medical software development processes, industry 4.0 and the internet of things to autonomous disaster response submarines.During my time in education I inspired people, calling them to action by founding a school newspapers, as well as an innovation and enterprise society (InnovEnterS). Furthermore, I represented fellow students on a university, regional and national level, and supported fresh students in their journey to becoming independent learners. For my future endeavours I am especially focussed on the the area of sustainable and decentralised / urbanised agriculture and energy. Working with a cross-functional team towards a product in this area is what I enjoy. The synergies of working with intelligent and inspired people towards a goal that will make the world a better place is what I am living for.
