Managing a team of 3 packaging engineers for Beauty product development from packaging brief to production of finish goods. Linking Design team, Product Team, Purchasing, Supply Planning, Quality, component suppliers and fillers.Main missions: - Ensuring transition from Interparfum licence to Burberry in house development in 2013 (artwork change and database of packaging creation)- Creation of packaging development department for Beauty products within Beauty Supply Chain (implementation of documentation, processes, specifications, test methods, measure of achievement, industrialization meeting)- Launching new products (Brit rhythm, My Burberry, Mr Burberry, Home fragrance, Bespoke ranges) – around 15 launches or revamping of existing packaging since 2013 with their ancillaries products.- Elevating products luxury positioning and quality of execution- In charge of product traceability (grey market), working with Purchasing department to create vendor evaluation, work on RFQ documents, working with Quality to solve technical issues.Achievements : OTIF new products 86 %, Perceived quality / level of execution 96 % (good/really good – internal rating)

New fragrance products development: Starting from marketing brief with aesthetic mock up, product conception/design for supplier’s briefing, briefing of suppliers, supplier conception analysis, recommendations to Purchasing department. Coordination of new products development with filling plants, marketing, purchasing and suppliers. Follow up of the project until end of filling phase. Development of the full range EDT/EDP, tester, ancillaries, sampling, giant dummies (glass bottles, plastic bottles, caps, spray caps, inner and outer cartons, pumps, diffusor). Fragrance cap development for customers. Coordination of the project with design office, QA department, industrialization, production and suppliers. Mould maker briefing, approval of product conception and mold conception, mould construction follow up, fine tuning of the moulds and products before production. Technical communication with the customers (P&G, Estée Lauder, Lancôme, L’Oreal US). Ensure cost, quality and lead-time.
