Acompanhamento e manutenção do sistema de comunicação de incidentes/acidentes (incluindo conclusão das ações combinadas). Fazer parte de pesquisas internas de investigações de eventos não desejados/ acidentes. Transferir informações relacionadas a QSMS para toda a empresa (incluindo preparação e distribuição de circulares de segurança e boletins de SMS). Condução de inspeções e verificações regulares de QSMS onshore e offshore. Condução de Auditorias Internas, acompanhamento e reposta a Auditorias Externas (de segunda e terceira parte). Monitorar e acompanhar a conformidade com os programas de QSMS. Apoiar os gerentes de linha no desenvolvimento e manutenção dos programas, iniciativas campanhas de conscientização, vídeos, manuais e materiais de informação geral. Auxiliar na manutenção dos procedimentos e conformidades. Acompanhar e orientar sobre como cumprir as regras e regulamentos relevantes. Auxiliar o monitoramento da conformidade com os requisitos de certificação ISO 9001, ISO 45001 e ambiental da ISO 14001. Fazer parte da organização de resposta a Emergências.
