Also responsible for heavy lift transportation sourcing and execution. Ensure team members are following company regulations and procedures. Functionally reporting to the Global Business Unit Head of Supply Chain Management and hierarchically to the Regional Business (HUB) Manager.• Establish the transformers HUB and factory budgets in line with staffing and Common Shared Service (CSS), generate and monitor KPIs, as well as adjust resources accordingly.• Define, plan and implement the sourcing strategy for HUB category team and factory SCM. • Accountable for prices and terms & conditions throughout the value chain (from sales bid to ERP master data and overseeing invoices control rules). Drive corrective actions and enforce compliance with company rules.• Responsible for promoting and sponsoring improvements using benchmark, Design to Value (DtV), cost breakdown, “should costing” and problem-solving tools.• Manage supplier performance and third level escalation of recurring/critical non-conformity and claims resolution. Oversee the HUB Supplier Quality and Development activities following Supplier Management process workstream.• Lead the heavy lift sourcing activities and coordinate on shipment execution, as well as support improvements in general cargo.• Facilitate, guide, motivate, and develop direct and indirect team members.

Responsible for negotiating contracts, strategies, and purchasing of direct and indirect materials for the Wind division in the region (LATAM), as well as managing and evaluating suppliers, with direct management of 5 employees. Functionally reporting to the regional executive leader and hierarchically to the global senior purchasing leadership.• Accountable for a budget of US$200 million/year, distributed among 20 commodities and materials. Reporting quarterly results and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to Global leadership.• Defining the supply strategy with the global team and implementing it in the Region: volume and mix (imported and local) share of each supplier, local content rules (BNDES, localization), and ensuring SQDC policy (Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost).• Managing the panel of approximately 60 suppliers, contracts, complaints/claims, recovery of non-quality costs, and quarterly reviews (QBRs) of the performance of the main suppliers.• Conducting annual performance evaluations of each team member, defining and aligning individual goals with business goals, and creating action plans for each deviation. Each plan reviewed in quarterly feedback sessions. Definition of development and training plans for each employee.

Responsible for the strategy, negotiation, and purchase of the logistics commodity for the Wind division in the LATAM region, as well as the management and performance of carriers, freight forwarders, and other logistics partners, with direct management of 7 employees. Functionally reporting to the regional executive leader and hierarchically to the global senior logistics executive.• Negotiating and managing a budget of US$60.5 million/year, logistics-related contracts for the region (air, sea, road, and warehousing) with global and local logistics service providers (LSPs), and reporting results to leadership on a quarterly basis.• Led risk mitigation actions and crisis management group for international logistics during the COVID-19 pandemic (between 2020-2022), with intelligent and unconventional solutions, ensuring factory supply and avoiding container shortages and port closures, without incurring additional costs.• Implemented an initiative to standardize economic transport batches and consolidated cargo by logistics partner and by region (imported and local), generating 23% of cost reduction in inbound logistics between 2021-2022.• Managed the team in strategic and tactical-operational activities, individual performance development and evaluation plans. Identified opportunities to reduce headcount through outsourcing (3PL) of non-critical activities.

Responsible for strategic management: negotiation, contracts, purchasing strategy, and localization of electrical, electromechanical, and mechanical components for the Wind division in Brazil and LATAM.• Responsible for a budget of US$120 million/year and delivering annual cost reductions of 12% to 15%, in addition to the best purchasing strategy for the region. • Managing a matrix team and responsible for approximately 7 employees, including: quality, product, and system engineers, and logistics, planning/factory coordinators, finance staff and buyers.

• Responsible for planning/managing the Electronic and Mechanical commodities, including MRP routines.• Responsible for generating and monitoring reports and KPIs to ensure the QCD policy.• Lean Leader for planning area and support function for autonomous team (lean group) in the Logistic area.

• Responsible for negotiating and selecting vendors to procure requisitioned commodities, meeting criteria such as: price, quantity, quality and need date.• Place purchase orders and make follow-up with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery.

• Key-user in the implementation of SAP-R3 (ERP) - Materials Management module (MM).• Responsible for key negotiations and supplier management: place purchase orders, maintain/update SAP data.• Support function for supply chain area and other departments, such as: purchasing, production, quality and product engineering.

• Support for contract managers in telecommunication and signaling area, applied to railway systems.• Project Management activities using MS-Project.• Tendering and Proposal activities. Document preparation and evaluation of public notices/tender.• Responsible to create technical presentations to customers (railway products & services portfolio).
