-Perform intakes of public self-represented litigants, taking their information and creating a preliminary analysis of their situation for staff attorneys- Assist staff attorneys in completing and filing legal documents for self-represented litigants - Perform clerical tasks and data entry for daily office operations- The position is hybrid with virtual and in-person roles

- Scheduled, coordinated, and led meetings for policy changes- Coached and mentored team members in company policies and successful strategies- Monitored staff activities to quickly identify and correct any costly, unsafe, or inappropriatebehaviors
