I am currently working in the museum sector, volunteering with a variety of prominent museums and heritage institutions. Through this, I have developed proficiency in team work, clerical tasks, object handling and interacting with audiences of all ages. I want to use my skills to contribute to the museum industry further, and I am particularly interested in archive work, research projects and learning/education teams.I have gained a greater understanding of history through my studies at Royal Holloway, University of London (Undergraduate), and King's College London (Postgraduate). In my three years at Royal Holloway, and my one year at King's, I have completed essays on a variety of subjects, developing a broad knowledge base which I aim to apply to share with a wider audience.I enjoy contributing to historical projects, and completing online courses in a variety of historical subjects. I am a member of the Museums Association, and enjoy attending historical lectures. My main interest outside of history is film, and I have written screenplays and run a screenwriting blog.
