I have been a BSA/AML/OFAC/Regulatory Compliance Officer, State and Federal Examiner/Investigator/Auditor, and Subject Matter Expert within the BSA/AML/OFAC, Lending, Fraud, Tax, and Consumer Protection industry as well as manager and supervisor of consultants, agents, specialist, and staff over the course of my career. During the last two decades I have focused on compliance matters, having succeeded in bringing efficiencies to all types of financial institutions and business entities by finding the proper balance between regulatory requirements and business functionality. My goal is to bring a “Culture of Compliance” to the financial institution or the business entity by providing guidance and operational solutions to complex issues. I have trained staff to succeed by creating powerful training opportunities to empower staff to understand not only basic functions, but complex activities that they will encounter while performing their jobs.
