I've really developed my confidence over the past 9 months and now I believe I can have good quality conversations with anybody willing, whether it's talking about KFC, the economy, strict parents, failed marriages, who I live with or when payday is. I'm more self-assured as a result of the personal discovery attributed to all the commitments I've made this year, I doubt myself less and less and no longer regard myself as not good enough for seemingly out-of-reach possibilites.I love new experiences, because they're opportunities to expand my skillset and meet new people. If I see something interest it'll be like: "I've never tried that before", and it'll grab my interest.I drive myself to be better and when I find myself languishing or not moving forward a voice in my head says to me "What's wrong with your feet"? I'm led to think I'm cute and approachable and can make the girls swoon, but you'll know it's the genuine me when you can see I refuse to believe it and think you're up to something!Whatever reasonable adjustments I can make to facilitate good customer service is fine by me, but an inspirational figure showed me how to handle difficult situations, if someone's energy is hindering me from delivering a good service then I'll tell them they can "save it for yourself" or "I didn't realize you were eating."My strengths include a strong desire to get the job done, even if I have to stay behind longer; whether it's 5 minutes or 20, I'd rather not leave something behind and regret it forever. Nothing makes me feel better than when I'm given positive feedback, like someone telling me I've made their day. My weaknesses include not speaking up when it get's too much and trying to do 4 or 5 different things at once. Sometimes I take on too much but I'm gonna have to get used to that.
