- Management of AFD RepOffice in Tbilisi (covering the South Caucasus)- Development of AFD Country Partnership Strategy for Georgia (450 MEUR Programming + Annual Consultation Meeting) and Armenia. - Origination, processing (over 700 MEUR new financing committed) and implementation of AFD regional programming for the South Caucasus, with three priority areas: transport and connectivity; agriculture and water resources management (irrigation, hydropower, water/sanitation); and Energy (electricity market opening; hydropower development). - Co-financing activity with several development banks: Water Resources Management in Georgia (with ADB and EIB), PFM and Railway (with ADB), Human Capital Development Program in Georgia (with the World Bank). - Generation of climate co-benefits, for which AFD has been a leader in the South Caucasus region, thanks to programs combining infrastructure development and private investments, ambitious and transformational reforms and large technical assistance programs.- Leading policy dialogue with senior officials.- Leading processing and implementation of complex projects and programs.- Development of team’s operational targets for project administration (contract awards, disbursements, project performance ratings and monitoring).
