◾ROLE: Led commercial responses to major tender requests for rail track equipment worldwide. Managed sales opportunities between €1M and €30M covering both public and private clients worldwide (EMEA, APAC and NA).◾ ACTIVITIES: Orchestrated cross-department processes coordinating 30 colleagues to assess technical solutions, project costs, lead times and contractual risks. ◾RESULTS: ✔ Won major contracts worth a total of €20M including the Grand Paris Metro.✔ Overhauled contract handover internal process, boosting execution efficiency.

◾ROLE: Assisted sales directors in obtaining management board approval for bid initiations and submissions.◾ACTIVITIES: Reviewed sales memos for commercial opportunities over €1M. Proposed risk categorizations and preliminary assessments to management board.◾RESULTS: ✔ Aided top management in strategic decision-making, analyzing 400+ commercial opportunities over €1M. ✔ Enhanced the process for bids over €15M, implementing a new risk matrix for group-level board approval.

◾ROLE: Drove the Bids & Projects workstream in an internal project to shift all French activities (800 employees, 5 sites including headquarters, 8 workstreams) from site-based to function-based. ◾ACTIVITIES: Analyzed historical performance data to design a three-year transformation plan for the Bids & Projects workstream. Gathered insights from 50+ colleagues across all hierarchical levels conducting numerous cross-stream interviews, workshops, and surveys. ✔RESULT: Introduced cross-unit synergies, role redefinitions, KPI refinements, process enhancement & standardization.
