- Primary Responsibility for the day-today management of Vienna Warehouse.- Provide professional support to responsible regions local colleagues on various products.- Manage Pick, pack and shipping of products.- Undertake quality checking of parcels as per guided by supervisor.- Use the WMS accurately and train the team.- Resposible for reporting and recruitment of future team members.

• Responsible for the length of time and legality of the parts kept under DE regime.• Registration and validation of NCM.• Nationalization of special deposit (DE)• Spare parts import in temporary admission.

• Items registry, assembly and including LIs in Siscomex; DI. Documentary conference and analysis of import processes.• Procars, IBroker, ITracking, E-comex, Siscomex• CITES, MAPA

• Responsible for maintenance of customer portfolio database, registering new customer, processing quotation and purchase order inbound and general maintenance of sensitive commercial documentation;• Constantly engaged in supporting the sales and commercial department though tender analysis and evaluation as well as compilation of commercial proposals for the Latin-American market.
