Agile Coach / Scrum Master
Current•Working closely with the team and other Scrum Masters (Scrum of Scrums) to maintain focus on both the product and the scrum process and help the team become more cross-functional, self-organized and Self-managed.•Promoting change and continuous improvement increasing the productivity of Scrum teams Software Development Lifecycle, business process mapping, and various release processes as appropriate to ensure all risk, security, and development requirements were met.•Coach scrum team(s) to deliver capabilities using agile practices while also following the Software Development Lifecycle, business process mapping, and various release processes as appropriate to ensure all risk, security, and development requirements are met.•Ensuring Scrum practices, theories, and techniques are understood, enacted, and followed.•Guiding and empowering delivery teams to self-organize, within constraints of Scrum and project goals.•Shielding the team from unnecessary interruptions to enable them to focus on most valuable work.•Ensuring the delivery team keeps their work and impediments to work visible.•Working with the Team, Product Owner, Business Owner, Management, or other involved teams in the organization to resolve any impediments or constraints and maintain the productivity of the scrum teams.• Coaching teams to adopt continues integration and pair programing for knowledge sharing and building quality codes.•Facilitating team’s Agile Scrum Ceremonies (Iteration planning, Daily Scrums, retrospectives, stakeholder meetings, and software and System demonstrations etc.) for purposes of idea generation, planning, retrospection, problem-solving, and alignment.•Working with the Product Owner and facilitating development of product backlog.•Working in conjunction with the Project Manager to ensure project management needs are met or impediments, issues and/or risks are resolved or escalated.•Communicating project status to the team and product owner to ensure common
