Today, in TSAHAL CONNECTION, I have great competence in management and project management, overseeing a team of 20 dedicated volunteers annually.With a strong passion for data analysis, I am currently undergoing data analyst training with Grunitech-Google and Reichman Tech School, expanding my analytical skills and leveraging data to drive insightful decisions.My commitment to making a positive impact extends to my work with organizations mentoring lone soldiers and assisting disadvantaged youth. I collaborated with the "Big Brother Organization" to develop a comprehensive mentoring curriculum for 250 French lone soldiers joining the IDF annually.In 2018, I spearheaded the creation of the only pre-army program with the "Merkaz Maase" organization, bringing together new immigrant French speakers and Israelis.
