Teamwork, strategy, and wit win this battle not brute force. So it is with work and life. Pay it Forward.This is my personal and professional objective. Having gone through the rigors and challenges of finding work as an immigrant, I have countless experiences and learnings, which have helped me develop practical approaches to overcome the many hurdles in the job search process.Sharing the knowledge, tactics, and strategies with those new to the province, inexperienced or returning to the workforce after some absence, to help them better and more successfully navigate the job market, inspire confidence and hopefully make a meaningful difference for them.When looking for jobs, words and phrases like self-awareness, networking, volunteering, informational interviews, labour market research may intimidate and create invisible barriers. Taking these unfamiliar processes, breaking them down to practical, digestible and doable terms is part of my process.
