I am originally from Brazil/Italy and while I lived there I studied a degree in Business and gained a various range of customer service, sales and management experiences. I moved to London over six and a half years ago to challenge and develop myself further. Since arriving in London I have gained a lot of experience in the hospitality sector and worked my way up from bar support to supervisor in a very busy and high volume pub restaurant. Recently I also gained further experience leading the team in parts department for Mercedes Benz as on site coordinator. Thanks to my various work experiences I have developed excellent communication, interpersonal, administrative and management skills. I strive to provide excellent customer service at high standards and make the workplace a better place for both customers and staff.
