As the Lead Coach for the Academy Training Program (ATP) overseeing U9 to U13 age groups, I took pride in preparing and conducting training sessions that facilitated the acquisition of key player behaviors. I played an integral role in the collection of players' technical information through scouting, providing valuable feedback to guide the department in selecting the latest intake of U13s National Premier League players and monitoring potential Academy candidates.

I was fortunate to be selected for the Arsenal Coach Development program; one of approx. 20 global participants they select yearly. This involved helping with coaching in London schools and delivering pre-academy sessions for kids aged 9-15. I also did a stint in Uganda and while there co-founded and managed a coach education program in rural Ugandan schools, where we equipped local teachers with football-based learning skills and led practical and theory-based coach education sessions.
