Current• Oversee the operational integrity and security of the .bw ccTLD, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.• Implement and manage DNS, DNSSEC, and DNS validation protocols, enhancing the security and reliability of the .bw domain.• Configure and maintain DNSSEC servers, deploy disaster recovery (DR) sites, and manage ccTLD server infrastructure.• Develop and enforce DNSSEC practice statements to guide operational procedures and security measures.• Configure, maintain, and optimize VMware solutions, including Site Recovery Manager (SRM) for effective failover operations.• Implement and manage robust data protection and disaster recovery capabilities & polices.• Deploy and maintain tailored software solutions to streamline and enhance daily operational workflows for BOCRA employees.• Implement and monitor network performance using tools such as Nagios and Zabbix, ensuring optimal system performance and availability.• Deploy and manage the Zammad help desk tool, improving support and service management operations.• Contribute to the development and nationwide deployment of the Subscriber Information Management System (SIMS), enhancing subscriber data management and regulatory compliance.• Lead the development of policies for the .bw ccTLD, ensuring regulatory compliance and operational efficiency.• Collaborate closely with registrars to resolve technical and operational issues, fostering strong working relationships and ensuring smooth domain operations.• Serve as a risk register champion and Business Continuity Management (BCM) champion, leading initiatives to enhance organizational IT risk management and business continuity planning.
