I am Raphael Mendonça, a pharmacist graduated from UFRJ and a metrology technician certified by Inmetro.Currently, I serve as a Quality Assurance Analyst at Haleon, where I am responsible for operational quality management, including overseeing pest control, monitoring quality indicators, and managing deviations and customer complaints using tools such as FMEA, PDCA, and root cause analysis. This role allows me to directly contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and customer satisfaction, ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).I have experience in various quality areas, ensuring excellence for the end consumer and proficiency in quality system software such as SLIMS, SAP, and CRMS.Throughout my professional journey, I have had the opportunity to manage and train small teams of both experienced professionals and newcomers to the workforce.
