As a BED PM (Bachelor Degree of Education in Policy, Planning and Management) student at the Open University of Tanzania, Raphael is passionate about enhancing the quality and accessibility of education for all children. He has been working as the Head of School for Five years, leading a team of dedicated teachers, parents, and students who share the same vision. He has also developed and implemented safeguarding policies and training manuals, ensuring a safe and supportive learning environment for students.Raphael has acquired multiple skills in areas such as Project management, Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning, Organizational change, Successful Parenting, Prevention of gender-based violence, violence. He has applied these skills in his teaching/Training and facilitation roles, as well as in his previous position as a Regional Education Program Coordinator at Don Bosco Network Tanzania where he coordinated implementation of Digital Primary Schools project and trainings to teachers. He is always eager to learn new things and take on new challenges.Raphael is an excellent communicator and this has enabled him to offer high level customer care and maintenance of good relationship with the people he serves and those around him.
