What makes me tick is to see the less fortunate, destitute and the marginalized groups get quality life through life transforming interventions. In the last 13 years I have been in humanitarian field where I have served over 15,000 orphaned children and 900 aged people. Having worked with USAID for over 13 years, I have strong administrative, managerial, organizational, decision making, communication, analytical, interpersonal, problem solving, diplomatic and negotiation skills.I am also a result-oriented person who works without supervision. Over the years I have mobilized resources that have foreseen the organization build schools, health facility, construct earth dams and water pans. I have also raised funds to build greenhouses, a library, eco-tourism facility, sink boreholes as well as construct roads. These achievements have enhanced resilience in the poverty stricken communities I have served.
