- Develop and execute plan to take project from submittals to close out- Maintain digital and paper job files in logical manner in accordance with company standards- Prepare a schedule of values and manage project budget- Oversee and coordinate preparation of shop drawings and engineering using external vendors- Prepare all submittals, RFI and change order requests in timely manner to ensure no delay toproject- Monitor in house fabrication and external fabricators to ensure all material is produced on time andaddress any delays with fabrication team- Assist Field Operations Manager and Project Foreman with man power projections based onmaterial delivery schedule and miles stones established by General Contractor- Participate in and contribute to all project meetings held by General Contractor- Collaborate with Academy Glass project team to identify the means and methods to mostefficiently execute our work- Assist Foreman and Field Operations Manager with coordination of on-site activities- Visit job sites on weekly basis and document observations- Ensure accurate and complete project documentation using internal project management softwaresuite- Provide weekly project updates to management team
