Responsibilities  Payroll officer for a district of Dangote Rice limited contract staffs covering about six (6) states. Salary calculation, structuring and scheduling for each month for contract staffs. Maintenance and supervision of logistics for the Dangote Rice production district (fuel consumption and vehicle maintenance) . Employee file maintenance as well as staff training scheduling. Office administrations and maintenance of office resources. Induction process of new staffs into the system (company).Accomplishments Record timing of salary payments for each month  Creating a fuel monthly processing schedule for the smooth running of activities. Proper documentation of contract staffs and up to date details. Creating a proper working relationship and opening communication with on site and offsite contract staffs. Creating a stable and smooth running administrative system.

• Collation, input and auditing of Account datasheet of Bursary department (Auditing)• Calculating the monthly over-time data of employees and distribution of payslip• Assist in the consulting and solving employees complains as it pertains to their payment, stated on their payment slips. • Giving support at the scheduled meetings with clients/companies about fixed dated auditing procedures. • Assisting in conduction of Audit of clients • Filing and documentation of every client’s/company’s data under the firm’s jurisdiction.
