Leading a team of 7 employees and coordinating 6 regional controllers.In charge of the Pricing and Controlling department :- Define and deploy Pricing strategy to protect profitability in a constantly evolving market.- Support sales team in tender process and price negotiation.- Promote Digital projects to increase revenue, market share and conduct Telecom transitioning from SIM to eSIM- Mobile Operator Controlling (since Sept 2015)- Controlling Center of Expertise in the Secure Enterprise Transactions Division : Animate several controllers, harmonize process between BU’s, share best practices, and backup critical tasks.

Providing a financial support and performance overview allowing strategic decision-making- Working with transversal departments as R&D, Demand, Pricing, Tender desk, Legal, Human Ressources or Communication- Participation of the 3 years Value Creation Plan- Highly focused on P&L forecast highlighting business risks and opportunities to ensure forecast accuracy and reliability. Results presented on a monthly basis to the executive committee.- Monthly financial analysis on all P&L KPIs and balance sheet (cash, stocks).- Cost reduction initiatives, opex transformation plan and cash optimization- Coordinating and directing budget- Acquisition projects

Reporting to LATAM CFO and Bu's Managing Directors. Latam perimeter. Leading a team of 2 employees and coordinating 3 countries controllers- Group-reporting model implementation in all Latam countries. Several training sessions for the Finance and Controlling communities.- Support to BU directors and transversal functions (RH, IT, Finances…) providing financial analysis (revenue, gross margin by products/customers, opex), full P&L forecast and leading the Regional Budget process- Manufacturing controller of 4 service centers (cards personalisation) and production costs optimization

- Statutory financial statements audit (Brazil, India, South Africa, Russia, Asia, Europe)- Significant accounting processes review under new ERP. Mapping of risks and controls in place (stocks, outsourcing, revenue)- Support to the French accounting department post acquisition: setting up the closing schedule, intercompany reconciliations, stocks’ analysis and participating to the Fast Close project (reduction of closing delay)- Other assignments: transfer pricing group policy, profitability study

- Audit of Renault Group consolidation restatements and review of financial statements,- Team coordination and aggregation of deliverables for all business cycles of Renault SAS,- Statutory audit of Renault subsidiaries.- Internal controls and fraud process
