Whilst at University I was fortunate enough to be part of the startup VapeHQ in 2013.I was juggling both for a while and even came close to dropping out of Uni but I persevered and passed.A lesson learned was to never stop as you lose the opportunities you do not take.2014. VapeHQ was flying and the lessons I learned everyday be it; managing people, dealing with overseas manufacturers, growing a brand, were insurmountable.I used to think that experience doesn't matter and if you have the skills you'll be fine.I learned that experience dwarfs an awful lot of it.Over the years I have been part of other major projects, grown a great network and gained a wealth of knowledge and skills in a multitude of practices.My time at VapeHQ had come to a close in Nov 2019.It was surreal leaving the organisation that has been an integral part of my personal development and defining chapter of my life but was a requirement begin my next chapter.Looking forward to what the future holds.
