• Respond to the employee’s inquiries thru a ticketing channel within aprescribed SLA and KPI with a high degree of customer focus. Theseincludes MSA (Medical Spending Reimbursement), HMO, CommuterBenefit, and PH.
• Handles statutory benefits of PH employees – SSS Sickness andMaternity, SSS Loans, and Pag-Ibig Loan certification of employees;
• Handles Certification of SSS and Pag-Ibig Loans of employees;
• Process adjudication of commuter benefit of employees – Ensures thatcommuter claims are being paid on time.

• Responsible for the collating and organization of pre-employmentrequirements of newly hired employees;
• Ensures the validity of submitted government numbers (SSS, Pag-Ibig,TIN, and Philhealth) of newly hired employees;
• Conducts Compensation and Benefits orientation to the newly hiredemployees;
• Ensures the accuracy of information encoded in employee’s profile;
• Liaise with the stakeholders – Team Leaders, HR Operations, Recruitmentand Payroll in case of discrepancies;
• Process government benefits and certification of loans (SSS Maternity,Sickness, Salary Loan and Pag-Ibig Multipurpose Loan);

• Process enrollment of newly hired to the government agencies –Philhealth and TIN;
• Monitoring of deduction of government loans – SSS and Pag-Ibig;
• Field work – visitation to the government agencies on behalf ofemployees to assist with their concerns about contribution, loans,benefits update, and resolution of gap of their payments;
• Does other HR Roles: Recruitment (Interview and Selection Process) andattends to the job fair.
• Issuance of employee’s certificate – COE and certificate of contributionand loan payment;
• Collects last time card of resigning service crews and create transmittalreport to be submitted in Payroll Deparment for final pay processing;
