Das alles muss zunächst nichts mit Kunst zu tun haben. Ob sich drei Krankenschwestern einen Andachtsraum für Gläubige aller Religionen wünschen oder Physiker die Schönheit der Mathematik darstellen wollen, ob Obdachlose sich die ideale Unterkunft erträumen oder hundert Schüler vor ihrer Schule einen Strand anlegen möchten – aus jedem Wunsch und jeder Phantasie kann ein Auftrag werden. Und auch für den ungewöhnlichsten Auftrag lässt sich eine künstlerische Antwort finden.Der Weg dahin beginnt mit Ihnen. Denn die Neuen Auftraggeber, das sind Sie! Unsere Mediatorinnen und Mediatoren sind als Vermittler für Sie da, um Ihr Anliegen aufzugreifen und zu verstehen, und um Sie durch Ihr Projekt zu begleiten. Sie hören Ihnen zu und suchen für Ihren Auftrag eine passende Künstlerin oder einen Künstler, mit denen Sie unmittelbar zusammenarbeiten. So wird im direkten Dialog aus Ihrer Idee ein Kunstwerk, das oft auch für viele andere Menschen Bedeutung hat.Die Gesellschaft der Neuen Auftraggeber schafft den Rahmen dafür und unterstützt Bürgerinnen, Künstler und Kooperationspartner bei der Beauftragung, Finanzierung und Ausführung der Projekte. In particular, the development of artistic working methods and reflection procedures for the improvement of art and cultural mediation are to be promoted.The FLUGWERK is a team of six facilitators who work professionally in the performing arts (dramaturgy, public relations, performance, production and direction). In the format of the Open Rehearsal, they deal with the opening up of artistic work processes in front of and for an audience. This is accompanied by the ongoing collection, (further) development and provision of communication and feedback methods for artistic practice. The team organises itself in collective leadership.
