Unsere Mediatorinnen und Mediatoren sind als Vermittler für Sie da, um Ihr Anliegen aufzugreifen und zu verstehen, und um Sie durch Ihr Projekt zu begleiten. Sie hören Ihnen zu und suchen für Ihren Auftrag eine passende Künstlerin oder einen Künstler, mit denen Sie unmittelbar zusammenarbeiten. So wird im direkten Dialog aus Ihrer Idee ein Kunstwerk, das oft auch für viele andere Menschen Bedeutung hat.Die Gesellschaft der Neuen Auftraggeber schafft den Rahmen dafür und unterstützt Bürgerinnen, Künstler und Kooperationspartner bei der Beauftragung, Finanzierung und Ausführung der Projekte. In doing so, FLUGWERK is committed to productive communication and networking between artists and the public. In particular, the development of artistic working methods and reflection procedures for the improvement of art and cultural mediation are to be promoted.The FLUGWERK is a team of six facilitators who work professionally in the performing arts (dramaturgy, public relations, performance, production and direction). In the format of the Open Rehearsal, they deal with the opening up of artistic work processes in front of and for an audience. This is accompanied by the ongoing collection, (further) development and provision of communication and feedback methods for artistic practice. The team organises itself in collective leadership.
