As Vice President of United R Construction and Engineering, I oversee the completion of major construction and engineering projects. My role involves leading 11 successful projects to date, including the development of the U-venues commercial mall, a key highlight in our portfolio.A significant part of my job has been updating our company’s approach to project management. I have led the move to modern project management software as well as using BIM, which has been pivotal in transforming how we track progress and communicate both internally and with our clients. This shift has made our operations more efficient and transparent, ensuring that we deliver projects on time and to the highest standards.
