I manage the development of customized LED lighting products in the European Market for a turnover about 3M€ per year. Generally, despite hard competition, I use to get almost 40% hit rate on international tenders and more than 95% delivery on time.I'm the technical support of the sales team ensuring that from the anderstanding of the requirements to production the product delivered is the one expected in term of quality, cost and leadtime.I select the factory (Spain, Poland, Danemark) or the local partner (France, Germany, poland) and I build and drive the project team needed following the complexity of the product.For special poles, brackets or lighting columns, I design myself (Annemasse Tramway, Odin Flow, Poznan, Montpellier).I'm also an expert on conventional luminaires retrofitting (led and Smart City), especially for the 3e international/ INDAL products I developed. I administrate and do coaching on SolidWorks, SolidWorks simulations and SolidWorks PDM.
